Acceptance of Terms

Jilliwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security and Responsibility

Your Jilliwin account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.

• Do not share your password with anyone — including family members, friends, or third-party betting services.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Jilliwin support immediately via live chat or email.
• Jilliwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have shared them voluntarily.

Deposits:

• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to a few hours depending on the receiving institution.
• Jilliwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.

Bonuses and Promotions

Jilliwin offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific contests. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all Jilliwin bonus offers:

• All bonus offers are available to eligible players with verified accounts in good standing. Jilliwin reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• Bonuses carry wagering requirements — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) that must be met through real-money gameplay before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Incomplete wagering at the expiry of the validity period results in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on Jilliwin are subject to the specific rules of each product. The following general rules apply across the Jilliwin platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be edited or cancelled unless specifically permitted by the rules of that product (for example, in-play betting markets that allow cash-out before an event concludes).

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Jilliwin and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances at Jilliwin's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games, exploit bonus offers, or manipulate betting markets.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting designed to guarantee outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, fraud, or third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Using the Jilliwin platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime. Jilliwin complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back a transaction that has been properly processed by Jilliwin. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

Jilliwin monitors accounts for patterns that suggest prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for review may have withdrawal access temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted. Jilliwin's determination following a conduct investigation is final.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jilliwin's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• Jilliwin is not liable for any loss of opportunity, data, revenue, or profit arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, except where such loss results directly from Jilliwin's proven negligence.

Account Suspension and Termination

Jilliwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within required timeframes.
• At the account holder's own request for self-exclusion.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from relevant authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request or due to regulatory change — any verified balance in excess of bonus funds will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
